The Inside Out Method

Mind, body, intuition. Three phases designed to help you find your way back to yourself, and your purpose, outside of motherhood.

Change Your Thinking

Things are hard right now. But you can feel real relief once you start working through the beliefs keeping you from feeling like yourself again, like:

  • How you schedule your time

  • What you think your role is

  • How you're "supposed to" mother your children

  • Why you have so little time for yourself right now

  • How you react when your child spills juice

All of these behaviors are a reflection of how you think, and it all traces back to a belief somewhere.

This is where we identify the thoughts that don't bring you joy and dissolve them, then rebuild beliefs that align with who you are and how you want to parent your children. We'll also look at breaking generational patterns passed down by your parents and the generations before them.

My process starts with your mindset, because your thinking impacts your overall health and how you move through the world. As you free your mind from what's kept you stuck, you can feel more confident and free to make positive changes in your life.

Heal Your Body

Your relationship to motherhood lives in your nervous system, not just your mind. Every thought you have creates a chemical reaction in your body, and your body holds onto it:

  • A meltdown spikes your cortisol levels

  • Long-term stress can manifest as shoulder pain, hip tightness, or a contracted chest

  • How your kid sleeps can impact your own sleep and rest-restore cycle

This is where we use mind-body tools to uncover the deeper meaning behind your tension, stress, energy, and sleep. We work to release what's been stored and reset your nervous system so your body feels like a safe place to be again.

Add in holistic practices like acupuncture, energy healing, dry needling, and fascia work, and the healing can go even deeper.

Take Intuitive Action

Once your mind is clear and your body is regulated, there's less noise distracting you from your intuition, and making changes to your life stops feeling so scary.

Moms like to try and skip right to this part, and that’s often why so many plans fall apart. You can't take aligned action from a dysregulated mind and body. Instead of being bogged down by fear and tension, you become more receptive to your higher self, trusting what you know deep within.

Some shifts may be small, others might be huge, but you can find the confidence and strength to make these changes because the old fears no longer hold you back the same way.

Getting your sparkle back and loving the motherhood season you’re in starts with making the decision you are just as important as your kids.
