Frequently Asked Questions

What is “being a happier, more alive, more free mom” worth to you? That’s a question that only you can answer for yourself. For me, as a mom of two little girls, finding myself again has been priceless. Which is why I’ve built a high-touch, individual program, not a template or a course you work through alone. You're getting my full attention for 8 weeks, direct access to me between sessions, and a framework built from real client work and my own experience rebuilding my identity after motherhood.

You have 100 tabs open, I get it. Sessions and messaging happen around your schedule, and part of the work itself is learning to make space for yourself so that you live your life with a fuller cup.

I'm a supporter of therapy and I'm not here to knock it. There are a few key things to think about when considering a program and who you want to work with.
First is the overall driver of the support you're getting. I'm a huge believer in whole-body health, focusing on the different facets of you at the same time. The Inside-Out Method works across mind, body, and intuition together, not just one at a time. A lot of women come in having done the mental work but still feeling stuck in their body, or having the insight but not trusting themselves enough to act on it. This is designed to close that gap.
The other piece is recognizing that not every practitioner is going to be a fit for you. It's important that you gel with the person you're working with so you feel like you're actually getting somewhere. That's where our free intro call comes in, we get to interview each other and see if it's a good fit.

If you're asking that question, you're probably more ready than you think. The best next step is a discovery call, no pressure, just a conversation to see if this is the right fit for where you are.
The Inside Out Method
Mind, body, intuition. Three phases designed to help you find your way back to yourself, and your purpose, outside of motherhood.
Change Your Thinking
Things are hard right now. But you can feel real relief once you start working through the beliefs keeping you from feeling like yourself again, like:
How you schedule your time
What you think your role is
How you're "supposed to" mother your children
Why you have so little time for yourself right now
How you react when your child spills juice
All of these behaviors are a reflection of how you think, and it all traces back to a belief somewhere.
This is where we identify the thoughts that don't bring you joy and dissolve them, then rebuild beliefs that align with who you are and how you want to parent your children. We'll also look at breaking generational patterns passed down by your parents and the generations before them.
My process starts with your mindset, because your thinking impacts your overall health and how you move through the world. As you free your mind from what's kept you stuck, you can feel more confident and free to make positive changes in your life.
Heal Your Body
Your relationship to motherhood lives in your nervous system, not just your mind. Every thought you have creates a chemical reaction in your body, and your body holds onto it:
A meltdown spikes your cortisol levels
Long-term stress can manifest as shoulder pain, hip tightness, or a contracted chest
How your kid sleeps can impact your own sleep and rest-restore cycle
This is where we use mind-body tools to uncover the deeper meaning behind your tension, stress, energy, and sleep. We work to release what's been stored and reset your nervous system so your body feels like a safe place to be again.
Add in holistic practices like acupuncture, energy healing, dry needling, and fascia work, and the healing can go even deeper.
Take Intuitive Action
Once your mind is clear and your body is regulated, there's less noise distracting you from your intuition, and making changes to your life stops feeling so scary.
Moms like to try and skip right to this part, and that’s often why so many plans fall apart. You can't take aligned action from a dysregulated mind and body. Instead of being bogged down by fear and tension, you become more receptive to your higher self, trusting what you know deep within.
Some shifts may be small, others might be huge, but you can find the confidence and strength to make these changes because the old fears no longer hold you back the same way.
